Which currencies do you support?

CHF, EUR and USD today, for accounts, collections, payouts and card funding. We're adding more currencies over time. If your business needs a specific currency, tell us through the contact page.

Can I pay for AI tools with Montezy?

Yes. Montezy Cards are Visa and Mastercard cards you can use for AI apps, large-model API credits and API relay platforms, funded from your CHF, EUR or USD balance.

Can individuals open an account?

Yes. Personal Accounts are open to individuals who pass our identity check. You'll need a passport or ID card and proof of address.

Do you work with crypto businesses?

Yes. Montezy is a crypto-friendly PSP. We provide CHF, EUR and USD payment rails for exchanges, OTC desks and other digital asset businesses, subject to our onboarding and AML checks.

How does onboarding work?

Apply online, choose a personal or business account, and upload your documents. Our compliance team reviews your application, and your account is activated once verification is complete.

What is Montezy doing with AI agents?

We're building Agent Accounts, so businesses can let AI agents make payments inside limits they set. They're not available yet. Learn more.

Can I trace a payment that hasn't arrived?

Yes. Every incoming and outgoing payment has a full record, and our operations team can trace a transaction for you on request.
